Scholarship Winners
MARCH / AUGUST 2016 | Congratulations to Jasmine Middleton, who is the recipient of a Boettcher scholarship!

Five high school teachers from the Cherry Creek School District were also recognized for the significant impact they have had on five of Colorado’s top students during The Boettcher Foundation’s 25th Annual Teacher Recognition Awards Program, held Aug. 12 at the Denver Botanic Gardens. Eric Eidson was nominated by Jazzy.

During the Recognition Awards Program, each Boettcher Scholar explained how their teacher had positively impacted their life. Each teacher also received a $1,000 grant from The Boettcher Foundation to be used toward an educational program or project to benefit students at his or her school.

The Boettcher Scholarship is arguably the best scholarship available to Colorado students who want to attend college in state. It is a four-year, full-ride scholarship that also provides opportunities for students to develop their leadership skills and jumpstart successful careers. The Boettcher Scholarship Program was established by the Boettcher Foundation more than 60 years ago, to encourage Colorado’s best young minds to remain in state and use their immense talents to improve Colorado communities
