SPAMALOT
SPRING MUSICAL - CAST AND CREW REHEARSAL WEEK MEALS
It's been a long standing tradition for parents to help feed the cast and crew of OHS mainstage performances during long rehearsal weeks when many of the students are not able to get home between classes and long dress rehearsals. Cash donations are also welcome, to help offset the cost of supplies during these weeks. Thank you in advance for your support.
MORE INFO WILL BE POSTED IN JANUARY - with signup form. For now, here's the preliminary schedule and our needs:
DATE: Saturday. Feb. 24th - TIME: 8:00 am - Pancake Breakfast - LOCATION: Piano Classroom Buffet Line again.
NOTE: got an electric griddle? We will need 5 pancake flippers, a couple of parents who want to mix batter, and some volunteers to set up, clean up, and some to bring some sides.
DATE: Monday, Feb. 24th - TIME: TBD 4:15? pm - Sub Sandwich Night - LOCATION: Piano Classroom Buffet Line again?
NOTE: parent donation - those interested in contributing $$, please contact Nicole. We'll be ordering Jersey Mike's again, or Panera or Subway and either have it delivered or pick it up.
DATE: Tuesday, Feb. 25th- TIME: TBD 4:15? pm- Chili AND Soup Night- LOCATION: Piano Classroom Buffet Line again - crockpots can be plugged in here.
NOTE: Keeping it simple...we'll need 5-6 volunteers to make a crockpot or two each of chili, or their favorite soup, plus a few parents to donate drinks, bowls and some fixins/sides for the chilis and soups.
DATE: Wed. Feb. 26th - TIME: 7:00? am - Pre Matinee Breakfast - LOCATION: Piano Classroom again.
NOTE: no dinner this night Any parents want to call and see if Mc Donalds, Einsteins, BK, Sams, Grocery (Kings, Safeway, Costco, etc) will donate burritos, fruit/yogurt , granola or cereal bars, boiled eggs, drinks for easy grab and go breakfast. If we don't get donations, we'll want a handful of volunteers to split up buying/making some of these items if possible.
SHOW NIGHT SNACKS & DRINKS: will ask for donations as usual - healthy (and a few sugary) snacks - fruit, granola, energy bars, non-sugar drinks, fruitsnacks, crackers, cheese, etc...can be dropped off all week, or beginning show days.
CONCESSIONS: not 100% sure if we'll be asking for donations for this, or if we have a contact for a large donation for bake sale. If any parent would like to step up and take on coordinating just bakesale...donations and assisting at the table during intermission the nights of the show, we'd love the help.
